When you complete an enquiry form, we collect the details you choose to give us — typically your name, email address, an optional phone number, the type of yacht or property you're interested in, an optional budget range, and your message. We don't ask for financial account details, passwords or identity documents through this site, and you should never send them by email.

How we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to understand your enquiry and reply to it. If you ask us to keep looking on your behalf — for example through our personal sourcing service — we'll keep your brief on file so we can come back to you with suitable options. We don't sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We hold enquiry details only for as long as they're useful to the conversation you started, and then remove them. You can ask us to update or delete your information at any point by emailing us.

Your choices

You're always in control. Ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — a short email to info@yachtsandproperty.com is enough. If you've joined our new-listings list, every message includes a way to unsubscribe.
