One house for
two worlds.
Mallorca Yachts & Property was established in 2019 on a simple observation: the person buying a yacht is very often the person buying a home. The two decisions belong to the same life, so they belong under the same roof.
We keep both verticals — yachts and property — inside one registered house, so a single relationship can serve your whole life on the island. Sales, charter and financing on the water; sales, rentals, investment and projects on the shore.
Our positioning is deliberate: the Mallorca brand, representing international quality. Everything we do carries that standard, quietly.
