Much of the island's finest — on the water and on the shore — changes hands privately, between people who already know one another. Our sourcing service works that way by design.
Instead of sending you a list of what happens to be advertised, we start from what you actually want — then go and look for it, directly, whether or not it is openly for sale. One relationship, working quietly on your behalf.
